Almond Butterscotch Pie

Just lovely. I'm not usually a fan of nuts on a cake, but this was just divine. The layering of butterscotch, whipped cream, and chocolate was brilliant and that cake at the bottom added some much needed crunch for texture and balanced out the sweetness of the top layers.
