Just lovely. This unique twist was a pleasant surprise and that cheese sauce was spot on. 

Chicken-Pork Adobo Romulo Style
I liked it. This deconstructed adobo was actually quite interesting. The pork was a little bit dry, but the adobo sauce was good.
